Jagdish Ji traveling with Bhumi Adhikar Yatra in Rewa district in Madhya Pradesh has reached Chhipia village where many Adivasis were given land rights under Bhopal declaration in year 2000. They tell him that they have a piece of paper but not sure what is written on them as they are illiterate. Officials also demolished their houses sometime back. Jagdish Ji is visiting a village in Rewa district in MP where there are 59 children in age group 0-6 but village has no Anganwadi. According order of Supreme Court order on 13th Sept 2006 if a village has more than 40 children in the age group of 0-6 then Anganwadi must be opened within 90 days of application. Jagdish Ji is calling from Jaba block of Rewa district in Madhya Pradesh to say that after hearing reports by Brajesh and Janmavati on Swara Collector had formed a team and they found the reports of no mid-day meal by them to be correct and now after a high level meeting have given an ultimatum to all schools to start mid-day meal in 15 days otherwise he will take action. Jagdish Ji is attending Land rights conference in Jabalpur MP and is talking to two adivasis from Dhar and Jhabua districts who tell him that they are living and working on forest land from many generations and have applied for land rights under Forest Rights Act in 2008 but their application was rejected and none in their area have got land rights.
