Both hand pumps broken from 2 years in Dalit-Adivasi village, No one helps...

Jagdish Ji is visiting Bichhia village in Panchayat Ghuman near Dabhaura in Rewa district of Madhya Pradesh. It is a village of 150 Dalits and Adivasis in the middle of a forest. They have 2 hand pumps but both are broken from 2 years. The villagers are drinking dirty water and falling ill. They have requested local officials many times but there is no help.
