Chandrakant Sharma is telling us traditional remedy for cold. Drinking warm milk after adding 1-2 gram ginger powder or taking 2-10 ml basil leaves juice & 2-10 ml ginger juice with one spoon honey is useful. Eating 5-10 gms old jaggery with 2-10 gms ginger is useful. Taking lukewarm water or taking half cup warm milk after mixing 2 gms black pepper & 1-5 gms turmeric is useful.
