Rabi Pradhan is visiting Mandira dam affected people in Jharbeda in Sundargarh district in Odisha.The dam was built in 1958 to supply water to Rourkela steel plant. An old man tells him in Sadri language that many of them were not given any compensation. Some have got house but they got no papers for the land. Gorelal Kushwaha is a handicapped person and is calling from village Panwar in District Rewa Madhya Pradesh. He says many handicapped, old and widows are not getting their social security pension from January 2014.
