Ramesh Kasa is talking to Jeevanlal Saket of Ward no.1 of Lipaniya village, Rewa district in Madhya Pradesh. Pension for old aged was discontinued for as long as 4 to 6 months in the village. Authorities continuously ignored their appeal for regular distribution of pension.
