One handpump for 250 people and their animals, please help with two more...

Sarla Shriwas is visiting Pathri village and panchayat under Lurgikala panchayat of Balrampur district in Chhattisgarh where village women tell her that there is only one handpump for 35 families in ward no 8. There is always a crowd and water often finishes in pump. They need 2 more handpumps. This was complained in panchayat but no action has been taken.
