Prakash Gupta is farmer from Surguja Chhattisgarh. Today he is sharing his experience about Wilt disease in his Tomato crop which destroyed it. He says he has not found any remedy for this disease yet. Some has suggested crop rotation and soil treatment. This disease is found in eggplant and pepper as well and desiccates entire farm very fast. Around 60-70 Adivasi families live in Teghadda area of Sahjatpura gram panchayat of Batiagarh block in Damoh district in Madhya Pradesh where there is only one working hand pump which is throwing coloured dirty water but people are forced to drink it. There is a Govt deep tube well there but influential village head is using it for irrigating his field and in his brick kiln.
