Our hand pump not working, upper caste people don't allow us to use their's....

Santosh Kumar Ahirwar calling from Medhakhar village, Karanjia block, Dindori district, M.P talks to the villagers suffering from water crisis, the only hand pump in the locality is not functional and pumps out contaminated water. This community is also denied to fetch water from other wells and hand-pumps as they belong to schedule caste.
