टीवी पर बचपन से देख रहा हूँ, ये खूनी खेल-
आह नहीं पाता आती नहीं समझ, ये कैसी शहादत है-
छोटे-छोटे बच्चे हो गये हैं अनाथ, जहाँ पत्नी की उजड़ गई मांग-
बूढी माँ किवाड़ खोल दरवाजे पर, सिर पीट-पीट कर रो रही हैं-

वैद्य मिट्ठनलाल यादव ग्राम कुम्हली, ब्लॉक मवई, जिला मण्डला, (मध्यप्रदेश) से मधुमेह या शुगर को नियंत्रत करने का घरेलू उपाय बता रहे है | वे बताते हैं कि शुगर रोगियों को नित्य गुड़बेल या गिलोय (Tinospora Cordifolia) की लता को काटकर 100 ग्राम की मात्रा में बारीक पीसकर 100 ग्राम पानी में घोल लेना चाहिए और उसका रस निचोड़कर, उसको खाली पेट में पीना चाहिए | इसे बीमारी के ठीक होने तक लगातार पीते रहे | दूसरा उपाय यह है कि 50 ग्राम नीम की पत्तियों को बारीक़ पीसकर 100 ग्राम पानी में उबालकर पीयें | दवाई की कड़वाहट से बीमारी ठीक हो जायेगी | यह एक लंबा प्रयोग है पर मधुमेह के रोगियों के लिए उपयोगी हो सकता है । मिट्ठनलाल यादव@7828287936

We don’t have any electricity in our village from last 20-25 years. Last year some poles were erected and we were very happy but after repeated requests also authorities have not provided any transformer and pulled any wires. They only give false assurances. Students can not study at night and farmers can not work properly without water pump. Shivcharan Maravi is calling from Patan village in Ghughri block of Mandla district in Madhya Pradesh and says electricity came to their village couple of years ago but not to his part of village ( ward no 10) which is only 200 meters away and around 50 people live there.
