Charan Parte is visiting village Amatola post Kukra block Baihar Balaghat district in MP where he meets Bilsabai from village Jami who were displaced for Kanha national park. She says they have got Rs 10 lakh and have bought land but here they can do one crop unlike 2 in Kanha. Water and firewoods are problem. Chhotelal Singh village Banchachar post Masira thana Jaisinghnagar district Shahdol in MP says that they are Gond adivasis and living on forest land from 1972 and have land deeds for the same. But forest dept harass them and have been destroying their crop from last 5 years every year.
