We got NREGA wages of Rs98 per day though Govt rate is Rs146, Pls help...

My name is Badri Vishal Singh Shyam. I am calling from village Atauli Gram Panchayat Banchachar block Jaisinghnagar in district Shahdol Madhya Pradesh. A stop dam was created in our village under MGNREGA but we got wages at the rate of Rs 98 or 100 whereas the Govt rate for the same is Rs 146.
