Naresh Bunkar is visiting Selegaon village in Bhanupratappur block of Kanker district in Chhattisgarh where he finds a stop dam where work started in 2010 at the cost of Rs 49 lakhs 94,000 but the work is yet to be completed.According to board there Rs 19 lakh 98,000 was spent on labor payment and Rs 29 lakhs 96,000 on material.
