Naresh Bunkar is visiting Chiyadand village under Dalamahua panchayat in Pandariya block of Kabirdham district in Chhattisgarh and talking to villagers who tell him that Baiga Awas was sanctioned to 10 of them around 4 years back and they got first installment of 19, 500 Rs. but remaining amount 25, 500 is still pending.
