सीबीआई ने मारन पर उठाई उंगली ,पद्मनाभ मंदिर में मिले खरबों के खजाने पर भगवान विष्‍णु का हक ,डोमनिका टेस्टः बारिश की भेंट चढ़ा पहला दिन

1. केंद्रीय कपड़ा मंत्री दयानिधि मारन 2जी स्पेक्ट्रम घोटाले की जांच की आंच महसूस कर रहे हैं। इस घोटाले की जांच कर रही सीबीआई ने बुधवार को सुप्रीम कोर्ट में दाखिल अपनी स्थिति रिपोर्ट में दयानिधि मारन पर अंगुली उठाई है। सीबीआई ने अपनी रिपोर्ट में कहा है कि स्पेक्ट्रम लाइसेंस के लिए टेलीकॉम कंपनी एयरसेल के आवेदन पर मारन ने देरी की और इस वजह से एयरसेल को अपना लाइसेंस मलेशियाई कम्पनी मैक्सिस को बेचने के लिए मजबूर होना पड़ा। जस्टिस जी.एस. सिंघवी और जस्टिस ए.के. गांगुली की पीठ को जांच एजेंसी ने यह भी बताया कि 2जी स्पेक्ट्रम घोटाले में उसे अपनी जांच पूरी करने के लिए 31 अगस्त तक का समय चाहिए।
2. केरल के पद्मनाभ स्वामी मंदिर में मिले 90 हजार करोड़ रुपये की कीमत के खजाने के मालिक खुद भगवान विष्णु हैं। दरअसल, मंदिर के तहखानों से अरबों रुपये के खजाने मिलने के बाद यह सवाल खड़ा हो गया है कि इसका इस्तेमाल लोक कल्याण के लिए किया जाए या फिर यह संपत्ति मंदिर प्रशासन के पास रहे। हालांकि, ऐसे मामले में कानूनन संपत्ति के स्वामित्व का हक मंदिर के भगवान के पास रहता है। भारतीय कानून के मुताबिक इस संपत्ति पर भगवान विष्णु के अवतार पद्मनाभ स्वामी का हक है।

There is no other way to distribute free condoms to people in the hospital. Authorities say they need to register names of people who take condoms so they can not give it in non office hours.
