Chandrakant from Surguja in Chhattisgarh is talking to Larang Sai who works with adivasis. Larang Sai ji says that only those people from Primitive Tribe Groups ( PTGs) who live in hills here have got deeds under Forest Rights Act who lived on that land from before 1980. Rest have not got their deeds for the forest land though they have been living on those lands for long. FRA talks of giving deeds to tribals who were living on the forest land from 2005.
