The laborers are working for putting pipeline for the Water board but they have not made any safety arrangements. The board says it is the responsilibility of the contractor. Muhammad Idris came to India at the time of passing away of his father, and overstayed. He was instructed to go back to Pakistan where he belongs, in 2009. However when he actually tried to return he was not allowed to cross over. An emergency certificate issued by the DM or ADM can help him return.At present he is in Hylatt Hospital, without a source of income and under great mental agony.He seeks help in moving the administration to return home. Last December the corporation demolished some homes and shops to widen the road in Daganiya Raipur. About 60 families were affected. To date these people are living on the road. As no arrangements were made for them, they are forced to carry out their daily ablutions on the road. In the broken down homes and shops, anti social elements have begun their activities, causing disruption of social life of the residents.

मेरे गाँव की एक घटना
गाँव में एक बड़े साहब है
बड़े रसूखदार है सीएम् से भी ज्यादा उनके ठाठ है
साहब के पास भैसों के चट्टे है
साहब के पास ईटो के भट्टे है
देखभाल के लिए साहब नौकर भी खूब रखते है
एक रात की बात है
भैसों के बाड़े से चार भैसों के गुम होने की बात उड़ी
साहब के होसे-हवास ले उड़ी
साहब के कोई बात समझ में न आयी
न पुलिस में रपट लिखवाई और न कोई सुनवाई
बस घर के नौकरों की ही कर दी खूब पिटाई
भैस न मिली तो नौकरों के हाथ में ही लगा दी हथकड़ी
इतने से भी साहब का मन न भरा तो
सारी रात नौकरों को उल्टा लटकाकर किया अधमरा
प्रशासनिक व्यवस्था की बहाली का भी हाल देखिये
पुलिस ने भी न करी कोई सुनवाई और
डाक्टरों ने भी न की अपनी कार्यवाही
अब दलित नौकरों की करे कौन सुनवाई
गुरु जी कहते है हमरे देश में तो लोकतंत्र है
पर हमरे गाँव में तो साहब का तंत्र है
