I want to go back to my home in Pakistan, please help!

Muhammad Idris came to India at the time of passing away of his father, and overstayed. He was instructed to go back to Pakistan where he belongs, in 2009. However when he actually tried to return he was not allowed to cross over. An emergency certificate issued by the DM or ADM can help him return.At present he is in Hylatt Hospital, without a source of income and under great mental agony.He seeks help in moving the administration to return home.
