कैसे हाथ करेंगे पीले यदि अभाव घर में धन का-
घर-वर दोनों ठीक चाहिए प्रश्न समूचे चाहिए जीवन का-
बात सैकड़ों की नहीं कहीं भी पहला अंक हजार है-

Construction work on dam and canal in our village started 25 years ago but is still incomplete. If completed it will help farmers of 4 panchayats but officers don’t listen to our repeated requests say villagers of Sarnadih village and panchayat of Balrampur district in Chhattisgarh to Sarla Shriwas. Sarla has reached Dumarpara in Daldoa village under Maheshpur panchayat of Balrampur district in Chhattisgarh and talking to Hardev Singh who tells her that there is no source of water for 12 families in their part of village. They need to cross a busy road to get water from more than 500 meters away. Sarpanch was promised for well but no progress has been made till now. Sarla Shriwas has reached Daura village and panchayat of Balrampur district in Chhattisgarh and talking to Vimla and Anita who tell her that community toilet has not been constructed yet in their village under Govt scheme. They need to walk a km and it is more difficult in rains. This was complained to officials and form was filled but officers say money has not come from Govt. Sarla has reached Daldaliya Para under Ghaghra village of Balrampur district in Chhattisgarh and talking to a village woman who tell her that there is no source of water for 6 families and they drink dirty water from nullah. A hand pump is located in neighboring Mohalla but that is broken. Villagers are suffering from many years.
