Construction of dam started 25 yrs ago, not completed yet, officers don't care...

Construction work on dam and canal in our village started 25 years ago but is still incomplete. If completed it will help farmers of 4 panchayats but officers don’t listen to our repeated requests say villagers of Sarnadih village and panchayat of Balrampur district in Chhattisgarh to Sarla Shriwas.
