Chhotu Adivasi walking with Land rights padyatra of Dalit Mahasabha has reached village Patari in Banda block of Sagar district today. In this village there is no electricity from last 3 months. The transformer has not been repaired after repeated requests. There are 500 Dalits and adivasis in the village and they say they have paid their electricity bills.
