Buses hired by marriage parties, people stranded on Chhattisgarh roads...

Manju from Semaria in Bilaspur in Chhattisgarh is stranded at a bus stand because wthout any notice all the buses have got hired by marriage parties. She speaks to some fellow passengers standing next to her. One of them tells her that today is the last date for getting smart card.
