Govt says will give electricity to all BPL families, we're BPL but no electricity...

Dilip Behera is calling from Udarum village under Sagada panchayat in Bhawanipatna block of Kalahandi district in Odisha and talking to Indra Manjhi who tells him that more than 300 people of 40 Adivasi families live here and 22 of them are Below Poverty Line but they don’t have electricity though Govt claims to give electricity to each BPL family under Biju Gram Jyoti scheme.
