Dilip Kumar Behera traveling with CGnet Swara Citizen Journalism Awareness Yatra has reached Matkera village under Kankuturu post in Lanjigarh block of Kalahandi district in Odisha where villagers tell him in their Kui language that construction work of bridge on Ret river began 4 years ago but has not completed yet.35 villages are affected who need to walk 20 kms extra to reach anywhere.
