Villagers are forced to live in the dark say Rambali Adivasi and other from Uparwar under Gud village in Jawa block of Rewa district in Madhya Pradesh. PM Modi is talking about cleanliness and toilets but we are not getting any details about work in Nirmal Bharat Abhiyan under RTI says Balkishor Bhalavi from village Belfer, block Kurai, district Seoni in MP. He says 350 toilets were sanctioned in 2012 in the village but only few has been built. No records are being provided under Right to Information.
