Sani Prasad Netam from Gram Panchayat Akaltara in tahsil Bhatapara in Balodabazar district in Chhattisgarh is alleging that in his village bad quality construction work is going on under NREGA from last year. The villagers have complained about use of bad quality material last year but no inspection has taken place yet.
