We have 2 CFL bulbs which works less than 10 hours in a day but electricity bill is Rs 500-600 per month, says Sukhlal Sen from Padua village in Mangawan tehsil in Gangeo block of Rewa district in Madhya Pradesh. We have no meters so they send some at random bills. It is difficult for us to pay. We are poor people. You are requested to call Electricity department officers@9425824566, 9425424302 and 9479474088 to put meters in poor houses. For more Shivanand@7869992139
