Lalsu Nogoti is visiting Juhi village under Dhodraj panchayat in Bhamragarh tehsil of Gadchiroli district in Maharashtra where villagers tell him that many of them worked in road construction around 6 months back under Thakkar Bappa scheme but are still waiting for wages and road is also not incomplete.
