Chandmani Shandil is calling from Baskona Basti in Ergeda village under Banki panchayat in Gurundiya block of Sundergarh district in Odisha and talking to villagers who tell her in Sadri language that the condition of connecting road to their village was very bad for years and it was difficult to even walk in rains and officers didn’t listen.
