Sunil Kumar has reached Bhairavnathtola under Keoti village and panchayat of Rewa district in Madhya Pradesh where villagers tell him that 700 Dalit people live here and they have 3 hand pumps but 2 of them are broken from long, only one is working which is not sufficient for them. They need to stand in the line for water. This was complained to officials many times but no action has been taken.
