3 handpumps for 50 adivasi families but 2 are broken from long, please help...

Ashok Sarathe traveling with CGNet Swara Citizen Journalism Awareness Yatra has reached Nijamguda village under Rampur B panchayat in Indravelly tehsil of Adilabad district in Telangana where villagers tell him that 50 Adivasi families live here and there are 3 handpumps but 2 of them are broken from long.
