We've school and 2 teachers but teachers rarely come, complaints don't work...

Lalsu Nogoti is calling from adivasi village of Gundurwahi in Bhamragarh tehsil of Gadchiroli district in Maharashtra where villagers tell him that there is a school in their village and two teachers are appointed there but teachers live in city and come only once or twice in a month.
