Villagers in Rewa need to go 13 kms for subsidized ration under PDS, Pls help

Jagdish from Rewa in Madhya Pradesh is visiting a forest village called Durkash where 150 adivasis live. They need to go 13 kms to get their subsidized ration under public distribution system of the Govt. They say after travel the cost of food for them comes equa lto open market.
