Madhukar Sidam is calling from Tiriani mandal of Adilabad district in Telangana state where he meets an adivasi lady Tirumala who tells him in her Gondi language that some people have captured her land and when she complained they have also beaten her up. When she went to Sub Inspector in local police station he did not even take her complaint.
