Shiv Kumar Dwivedi is calling from Pali village in Sirmaur tehsil of Rewa district in Madhya Pradesh. He says he is blind and has completed his education some how. He is 31 and from a very poor family and he and his old widow mother both don’t get any social security pension. He complains that when there is any govt post for handicapped people it is not given to blind saying they can not work. If you don’t want to give us jobs then kill us, he says.
