Govind Pandro has reached Patelpara in Shivpuri village and panchayat in Chiniya of Ramchandrapur block of Balrampur district in Chhattisgarh and talking to Shravan Singh who tells him that only in their ward and many handpumps are broken in their village so they need to go far to get water. Warles Soren is calling from Binu toli village in Kolebira block of Simdega district in Jharkhand and says there are around 25 Munda adivasi families live in the village which has only one hand pump. Villagers go a kilometer to a well to get water for them and their animals. The wells in the region go dry in summer. They have been requesting officers and leaders from long but no one helps.
