प्रिय माओ, जोहार!
एक समय था,
जब सड़कों की दीवारों पर पैबंद रहता था
चीन का चैयरमैन हमारा चेयरमैन
हसंते थे कुछ लोग
कुछ देते थे गाली भी

मैं नहीं जानता, माओ !
वो ठीक थे या ये
मगर आज कुछ ठीक नहीं है तेरे बगैर

चीन में सब बदल गया,
मगर नहीं बदला, तो मजदूरों की बदलती हुई किस्मत

आज झारखंड में तुम्हारे और गांधी के गाने वाले
हर दिन सड़कों पर मिल जायेंगे
मगर उनमें तुम तो कहीं भी नहीं दिखते

झाड़खण्ड से बिरसा को भी देश निकाला दे दिया है
मगर बिरसा के गीत हर बार बज जाते हैं
बिरसा और तुम्हारे लोग
बहला दिये गये हैं
वो जानते हैं चेग्वेरा व तुम्हारे टीशर्ट पहनने वाले
फ्रेंच कट दाढ़ी वाले
सिगरेट हाथों में लिये
रोज तुम्हें बेच आते हैं वल्र्ड बैंक के हाथों

फिर भी खोज रहे हैं तुम्हें
वे लोग
तेरी रचनाओं से दूर
उनकी सपनों की दुनिया में
एक चेहरा है
जो तुम्हारी तरह ही लगता है

और
अंधेरे में झलक उठता है हर चेहरा
जिस पर लिखा होता है
हां! चुप रहो,
कुछ नहीं होगा तुमसे
झोला उठा लो तो अपना
अपना और सिर्फ अपना
चीन का चेयरमैन हमारा चेयरमैन

लगती है अच्छी
मूढ़ी वाली
चार पाइला मूढ़ी के बाद
भरी पोलोथिन मूढ़ी में
उपर से डाल देती है
एक मूट्ठी मूढ़ी

हालाकि यह चगनी मंगनी है
कि चार पाइला
मूढ़ी में थोड़ा हिल जाने पर
कुछ मूढियां गिर जाती है

ऐसा नही है
पाइला का माप कम हो जाता
फिर भी वो डाल देती है
उस पोलोथिन में मुट्ठी भर मूढ़ी

जैसे विवाह के बाद
बेटी की विदाई के वक्त
मां मुट्ठी भर चावल, हल्दी और दूब
खोइछा देती है बांध

यह थोडा सा नहीं होता हैं
इसमे
प्यार आत्मीयता और गर्माहट होती है
शुभकामनाओं का
अनन्त संसार होता है

मुट्ठी भर प्यार
मुट्ठी भर गर्माहट
बस अब
मुट्ठी भर बचे हैं
अच्छे लोग।

Aloka is reporting from Torpa village in Khunti district of Jharkhand where a breakaway Naxal group PLFI ( Peoples Liberation Front of India) is threatening candidates of Adivasi and Moolvasi Astitva raksha manch candidates to not stand in the upcoming Panchayat elections. But in a meeting today the village women has decided to not pay heed to the threats and fight the elections. PLFI is a rival faction of the CPI Maoist
