Rajesh Tripathi from Raigarh in Chhattisgarh says that villagers in Gare in Tamnar block of the district have passed a unanimous resolutuon that from now on they will do mining on their land. The resolution by 500+ people says they will form a company and will give royalty to government. They say a survey says each hectare in their area have coal worth Rs 80 crore.
