My name is Satish Burman. I am a blind student in Jabalpur Madhya Pradesh. I had recorded a message on CGnet Swara couple of days back saying I am getting only Rs 300 per month as my Social Security pension as others like me are getting Rs 500. When I complained to officers they only threatened. I got a call from Collector who said he will enquire about this and come back. I am yet to hear back but I hope my problem will be solved. Uma from Jabalpur in Madhya Pradesh is telling us about Panchayat Extension in Scheuled Area or PESA 1996 which tells us that panchayats in scheduled area can make their own laws and no law of the nation can over rule or make rules which are not in tune with laws made by Panchayat.
