Chandmani Shandil is talking to Simadri village Kharki block in Kisko block of Lohardaga district in Jharkhand where villagers tell her in Sadari language that there are 4 handpumps for 60 Kuduk Adivasi families but 2 of them are throwing very little water so it is not sufficient for them.
