Bhan Sahu interviews Bharat Mandavi of Jan Shakti organisation who talks about their fight to get deeds for the forest land under Forest Rights Act on 2005. He says “we have been fighting for years to get our lands regularized where we have been farming from years and we will continue this fight against this historic injustice till our death.We will not leave our land at any cost”.

Last month people went in big numbers to the Janpad office to complain after spending money on transport but still there is no response. Pension for old and widow has also stopped from last 4 months and the construction of an anganwadi building is not completed in last 4 years. She says this is the situation of development

He says government now gives NREGA payment only from the bank and the State bank officials come late in this rural branch and people need to visit many times to get their money. They also get refused payment when their account has less money. People need this money to run their daily expenses and government should make special arrangement so that they are given their payments in time

Pannalal Singore from Mandla district of Madhya Pradesh reports that Jeene Ka Adhikar Abhiyan there is spreading to other villages. Today villagers from one village has come to another village to tell them what good it has done in their village. They shared that in the Abhiyan the whole village has taken food together and the people in the next village are also liking it and saying they will also start similar function in their village

Pannalal from Mandla district in Madhya Pradesh is reporting that women there are getting organized in the banner of self help group and fighting against social evils. Recently they took out a rally and also did a play showing why they should not use any veils ( ghunghat)
