She alleges that Panchayat officials collected money from people for keeping their names in the list. Rajim from Kasdol block in Chhattisgarh says there was heavy rain in the area in last few weeks and many houses have been broken but the Public Distribution System shop has not opened from more than a month. The shop has stock of subsidized rice but the shopkeeper says you do whatever you want but I will not open the shop.
