Govt had started procurement process for this land in 1965 but no construction started so many tribals were using the land for their livelihood and were also paying tax. Praful Chandel from Bilaspur Chhattisgarh is talking to a woman who tells her experience with 108 Ambulence service of the Govt. She says we were taking the pregnant woman to hospital at the middle of the night but petrol got finished and had to call 108. The ambulance came but refused to take us to hospital where operation facility is available.
