Ajiteshwar Pathak from Bodha village in Surguja district in Chhattisgarh says that there is a primary school in my village for girls. Under Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan work for school buiding started in 2006 but it is yet to be completed. The school at the moment has 5 classes and 4 teachers but just one class room, so 4 teachers teach 5 classes in one room. The story of the boys school is also same which is running in a rented accomodation as the construction work is hugely delayed. He requests authorities to act to hel the suffering children. Rajim is talking to a 22 year boy called Mukesh Kanwar who asked for some information about NREGA work in his village in Saraipali block of Mahasamund district in Chhattisgarh. After he filed his application the village head threatened him that his BPL and NREGA card will be cancelled. Today he was called 200 kms away at block after his appeal but the officer was not present. Other officer has promised to give the details in 45 days. Rajim is talking to Saura adivasis in a Sirghoda village in Saraipali block of Mahasamund district in Chhattisgarh who tell her that a non tribal busienessman from Madhya Pradesh has bought 100 acre of land from them for stone mining in the name of some fake adivasi buyer. But he has registered many times more land then what he has paid money for and also cut all the trees on the land which he did not buy. Rajim requests the authorities to check this out. Rajim ji says I had sent an interview on 20th March on Swara with a tribal from Baghmara village who had not got land deed under Forest Rights Act though he is working on the land from more than 50 years. We had given a memorandum to authorities with details of more than 300 such peoole.
