He suggests – Take 50 gms dry Ginger, 50 gms Piper(longum), 50 gms black pepper, 25 gms Justicia (adhatoda), 25 gms Tinospora cordifolia and 25 gms Glycyrrhiza glabra and grind them until a powder is formed.
