Companies must level the surface after completion of mining, demand locals...

My name is Subhash Gayali. Today I am visiting Dhanbad area in Jharkhand. Here people are complaining that the Coal mining companies are not filling up the open cast and underground mines as per law after finishing of mining activity. They demand that the company should be working on leveling the surface to give the land back to locals. There could be a big scam in not leveling the mines which needs to be investigated.
