Anti pricerise agitations by politicial parties are an eyewash
Mithun Mandal is talking to us about price rise. He witnessed a rally by workers of one political party who were saying that the price rise is due to another political party. But he asks had they not ruled in the past and will price rise vanish if their party came to power. He says the political parties do not want to implement price control policy because they are supported by industrialists who are raising the prices but there is no increase in the wages of the workers.
