My name is Santoshi Kansare. I am a handicapped girl and entitled to govt support but the officials harassed me a lot in last few years. I have fought back and is now getting back my rights slowly. I am educated and have resources to fight so I have done that but there are many handicapped brothers and sisters who are not equipped and accept their fate.
