Make powder of 25 gms Giloy (Tinospora cordifolia), 25 gms Nirgundi (Five-leaved chaste tree) seeds & 25 gms Bach (Sweet flag). Taking this powder in little quantity after adding honey 3 times a day is useful. Taking mixture of 1 spoon Aloe vera juice & powder of 5 black pepper is useful.
