Make powder of 25 gms Giloy (Tinospora cordifolia), 25 gms Nirgundi (Five-leaved chaste tree) seeds & 25 gms Bach (Sweet flag). Taking this powder in little quantity after adding honey 3 times a day is useful. Taking mixture of 1 spoon Aloe vera juice & powder of 5 black pepper is useful. Dropping prickly chaff flower’s juice in nostrils or sniffing powder of Reetha (Fruit of Soap nut tree) is beneficial in headache. Taking decoction of Aloe vera pulp, Giloy or Guduchi (Tinospora cordifolia) & Chiraita (Swertia chirata) in equal quantities is also useful in headache. Grind fresh root of Bharangi (Blue fountain bush) in warm water & applying this on forehead is useful. Applying fresh leaves paste of Dronpushpi (Leucas cephalotes) on forehead at early morning is useful to get rid of migraine.
