Following this PHE dept responded but only 1 hand pump is partially repaired now. Naresh Bunkar is calling from Rajak village of Bodhiya Panchayat, Lormi block, Mungeli district in Chhattisgarh and says villagers had reported on Swara about 2 broken hand pumps in the village on 6th November. After listeners pressurized the officers both the hand pumps have got repaired. Laxman Singh Davar is calling from Athava village of Badi Begalgaon Panchayat, Sondwa block, Alirajpur district MP to report about a broken hand pump in a middle school with 500 students. With the hand pump broken for over a year, students need to walk across road to get water, which may lead to an accident. Written and in-person appeals to officials have yielded no response. Jagdish is calling from Ambedkar Nagar in Dabhoura village, Rewa district in Madhya Pradesh and talking to Mukhesh who says that handpump near his home was broken and he reported it on CM’s help line and CGnet Swara but got no response from CM helpline.
